Donald R. Caldwell is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cross Atlantic Capital Partners Inc. Don oversees the operations of all of Cross Atlantic's offices and focuses a significant amount of his time on the growth of the Cross Atlantic franchise through fund raising, network development, and deal flow. Don serves on the board of several publicly and privately held companies and civic organizations, including Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, Incorporated (NASDAQ); Quaker Chemical Corporation (NYSE); Voxware Incorporated (NASDAQ); Rubicon Technology, Incorporated; Management Dynamics; Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (Chairman); and the Committee for Economic Development. Until March 1, 1999, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. where he also previously served as Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Safeguard in 1993, Mr. Caldwell held a number of executive and financial positions, including Chief Administrative Officer of a predecessor company of Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc. (Massachusetts), a provider of information technology consulting and software development; Executive Vice President and then President of Atlantic Financial; and as a partner in the national office of Arthur Young & Co., a predecessor to Ernst & Young, LLP. He is a CPA in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and a master of business administration from the Graduate School of Business at Harvard University.

Brian K. Adamsky is the chief administrative officer and managing director for Cross Atlantic. Brian oversees all accounting/financial due diligence, fund administration and limited partner reporting. He is a CPA with more than 25 years of financial and administrative experience in various senior level positions. Prior to Cross Atlantic, he was the CFO for Megasystems, Inc., a Safeguard Scientifics partnership company. Prior to Megasystems, he was general manager of Maritank, Inc., a multi-site petroleum storage and distribution company, where he was responsible for all operations, administrative, finance, and accounting functions. Brian holds a B.S. degree from LaSalle University's School of Business. He is located in the Radnor office.

Richard M. Fox is a managing director of Cross Atlantic and has been with the firm since 1999. He oversees the activities of two dedicated funds managed by Cross Atlantic: The Co-Investment 2000 Fund, L.P. and The Co-Investment Fund II, L.P. Richard has worked closely with entrepreneurs in multiple portfolio companies in a wide variety of different industries and has served as a director on the board of numerous companies. Richard has over 25 years of investment experience in venture capital, institutional investing, and commercial banking. Prior to joining Cross Atlantic, he was president of Penn Janney Advisory, which managed both the direct private equity and partnership investments for The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Janney Montgomery Scott. Before joining Penn Mutual, he was a vice president in the corporate lending division of PNC Bank and managed a portfolio of large corporate relationships. Richard began his career with Chemical Bank's (now J. P. Morgan's) Latin American Division, where he held a number of management positions. He serves as an adjunct associate professor at New York University, where he teaches seminars on credit analysis to both domestic and foreign bankers. Richard received a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an M.A. from Georgetown University. He is located in the Radnor office.

Gerry McCrory is a founder and managing director of Cross Atlantic. Gerry oversees the operations of Cross Atlantic's activities in Ireland and the United States. He works closely with several portfolio companies, including: Arantech, Automsoft, Marrakech, MobileAware, NTERA, Openet Telecom, Gain, and Ecount. In addition, Gerry serves on the board of the US Ireland Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to consolidating existing relations between the United States and Ireland -- North and South -- and building that relationship for the future. In 1998, Gerry founded Crucible Corporation, an early stage venture capital fund headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Prior to starting Crucible, Gerry was the managing director of Cambridge Technology Partners (Ireland). Prior to that, he started his own software services company, Information Mosaic, and held various senior commercial responsibilities at Cap Gemini-Hoskyns in Ireland, Great Britain, and the United States. He also worked as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in both Ireland and the Cayman Islands. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a first class degree in Economics from the University of Ulster and an MBA from University College Dublin.

Frederick C. Tecce, Esq. is a managing director and of counsel of Cross Atlantic. Fred works closely with Don Caldwell on fundraising, as well as overseeing the Cross Atlantic's legal issues, including contracts and intellectual property rights. Prior to joining, he shared his time between Buchanan, Ingersoll, and Rooney, where he served as of counsel to the firm and the Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System Board, where he was appointed by Governor Tom Ridge in 1995, serving as chairman of the finance committee for five years. Most of Fred's professional career has been spent as a principal in a company that pioneered and licensed new technology in the textile industry. This involved managing a long-term, complex, multi-party lawsuit directed to enforcing the company's patent rights. His experience in managing complex litigation was also the basis for his engagement with two other significant businesses whose existence was threatened by lawsuit disputes. In addition, Fred has launched several new businesses from the seed stage as well as having been an investor and active participant in several emerging growth companies. Fred holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University. He is located in the Radnor office.

Hazel Cameron is a managing director of Cross Atlantic. Hazel oversees the operations of Cross Atlantic's U.K. activities out of the Edinburgh, Scotland office and works closely with several portfolio companies, including Vebnet and Zeus Technologies. Prior to Cross Atlantic, Hazel headed up Bowman Capital, a U.S. entity's European venture capital arm, focusing on technology opportunities throughout Europe. Prior to Bowman Capital, she was with 3i in Scotland, focusing predominantly on technology opportunities and was involved in a number of 3i's successes. She qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and then moved on to work in corporate finance, advising private and public companies for British Linen Bank, the merchant bank of the Bank of Scotland. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree with honors from Glasgow University.

Paul Sutton is a managing director of Cross Atlantic. Paul oversees the operations of Cross Atlantic's activities in Ireland from the Dublin office. Paul's is deeply involved in the growth and operations of numerous portfolio companies, including Metapack, and MobileAware. Paul has more than 15 years experience in the IT industry, during which he has acted in a range of roles, predominately in sales, marketing and business development. More recently, Paul established a technology fund and high tech incubation company for a private investor based in London City. Prior to that, Paul held executive positions in Cap Gemini, Hoskyns Insight, and the Olympic Group.
