Kanbay Listed #41 in Worldwide Ranking of Technology Providers to the Financial Services Industry

ROSEMONT, Ill., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kanbay International, Inc. KBAY, a global IT services firm focused on providing solutions to the financial services industry, today announced that American Banker and IDC/Financial Insights have ranked Kanbay #41 in the FinTech 100, an international listing of the top 100 technology providers to the financial services industry.



Kanbay moved up to #41 on the list from #47 last year, a testimony to the company's strong revenue growth and unique combination of financial services focus, technology expertise and global sourcing capabilities.

The FinTech ranking of top 100 technology providers is categorized and evaluated based on fiscal year end revenues and the percentage of revenues attributed to financial services. To qualify for the list, technology providers must derive at least one third of their revenues from the financial services industry. The 2005 list is the centerpiece of a Special Report published in the November issue of American Banker.
