This addition further expands InScope’s comprehensive Competency and Job Model library.
The library includes over 120 Pharma Industry Job Models-each of which consists of industry-specific and functional competencies, as well as other pertinent skills and behaviors. Job Models are available for Clinical R&D; Drug Development/Discovery; Data Management/Informatics; Medical Writing; Regulatory Affairs/Product Registration; QA; Medical Affairs/Pharmacovigilance; Pharmacy; Production/Manufacturing; Sales/Marketing; Financial/Legal; and Executive Management. Over 70 Pharma Industry-specific competencies, featuring distinct definitions, behavioral indicators and behaviorally-based interview questions, are also available as part of this release.
