Experts in Insurance IT Software and Services to Jointly Cross-Sell Best-of- Breed Lifecycle Consulting and Content Management Solutions

COLUMBIA, S.C., April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- AcroSoft Corporation today announced a new alliance with Kanbay Incorporated, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kanbay International, Inc. KBAY, a global IT services firm focused in the financial services industry. This agreement enables both companies to jointly market best-of-breed software and IT services to the insurance markets internationally. Under the agreement, Kanbay will market and sell to its clients AcroSoft's Insurance Content Management(R) (ICM) solution, which includes content management, electronic imaging, and workflow management capabilities. Also in the agreement, AcroSoft will market and sell Kanbay's consulting and technical services to its customers.
